* This privacy statement is intended to provide information about how and why We Made AS collects and processes your personal information.
Your personal data is processed following the privacy regulations in force at any given time.
Your personal information is treated confidentially with us and only those with service needs with us will have access to your personal information. As a general rule, we will not share your personal information with anyone outside wemade.no unless required by law (for example, public authorities and to comply with money laundering legislation).
However, personal information may be made available to other companies and partners, who by agreement with us are responsible for personnel administration, accounting, etc., as well as for the companies that by agreement with us are responsible for the technical operation of our IT and accounting systems. When we give third parties access to personal data in this way, we ensure that these third parties comply with our requirements for the processing of personal data and applicable law, including confidentiality.
It may also be that in some contexts we share some of your personal information with our partners, such as banking and insurance companies. Please note that we will never share your personal information with a third party without our consent or obliged to do so by law. We may also provide third parties with access to accumulated and anonymized data.
We only process personal information that is necessary to manage your customer relationship and any supplier relationship. Information we register is, for example, name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, and postal address. It is voluntary to receive marketing.
We use cookies on our website. A cookie is a small text file and our website will always ask your browser to store the cookie on your computer. We do this so that we can remember your actions, preferences, and how often you have been to our website. Furthermore, we also use cookies on our pages so that we can keep statistics on how often our websites are generally used.
• Analysis of how the websites are used by the visitors.
• Tailoring content and marketing based on how users use the site
An overview of the cookies we use can be found at the bottom of the document.
The legal basis for processing personal data is mainly a contract (employment contract, lease agreement, purchase/sale agreement, supplier contract, etc.). Legal authority can also be a basis, for example when reporting to the Tax Administration and other public authorities. In addition to this, we will, if necessary, obtain your consent.
When using consent as a basis for processing, we will make use of our own consent form so that we can obtain valid consent.
The personal information you register is stored on the servers of our data processors. We ensure that your information is stored securely and satisfactorily. The reason for this is that all EU / EEA states are obliged to meet the requirements of the GDPR and thus ensure the data subject a minimum of privacy. In some cases, use is made of professional third parties located outside the EU / EEA for marketing purposes. In cases where personal information is registered in connection with such marketing, the processing will be based on consent.
We Made deletes your personal information without undue delay when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. If you withdraw the consent that forms the basis for the processing of the information, or you make an objection to the processing and there are no more compelling reasons for the processing, we will delete your information. Please note that there may be legal requirements which mean that we are nevertheless obliged to store your personal information for a certain period. We have our own specific deletion routines per treatment activity.
You have the right to request us access, correction, deletion, limitation of the processing, and disclosure of your personal information (data portability). In addition, you can request us to terminate the processing of personal data (withdraw your consent). If you request us to exercise one or more of these rights, we will comply with the request within one month of it being submitted, unless otherwise required by law. The requests can be directed to the human resources manager or IT operations manager. If you believe we have violated the privacy regulations, you have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
If you would like more information about our processing of personal data, we can contact post@wemade.no.
We Made may revise this privacy statement when the processing of personal data changes or when revision is necessary due to changes in current legislation. When we make changes to this statement, we will change the revision date at the top of this page, and the amended privacy statement will take effect from the last revision date.
